Dear Microsoft.

Broadcom 802.11n Wireless Adapter Free Driver Download for Windows 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP - broadcom802.11nNetworkAdapter6.30.223.234.zip (1936497). World's most popular driver download site. Broadcom 802.11n Wireless Adapter Free Driver Download for Windows 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP (1936497) - broadcom802.11nNetworkAdapter6.30.223.234.zip. Broadcom 802.11 Network Adapter Driver for Windows 8 (32-bit and 64-bit) - ThinkCentre M62z, Edge 72z. However, when I go Device Manager - Broadcom 4313GN 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi Adapter -Driver - Driver Date 20th May '11 and Driver version 5.100.82.82 which actually corresponds to SP 57434.exe. I don't understand why should there be a contradiction on this same computer.

It is quite disappointing that when I upgraded my Asus eeebook X205AT to windows10 from windows 8.1 my wlan stops working. There is now no way I can connect to internet!

I have tried all of the following options and they didnt work:

1. Deleting the register entry as suggested in http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-networking/after-upgrading-from-windows-81-to-windows-10-no/42b1852e-4faa-47a2-85ca-dc8e190c7c27?tm=1438386871715

2. Downloading the driver from ASUS website:

https://www.asus.com/Notebooks/ASUS_EeeBook_X205TA/HelpDesk_Download/

Adapter

After installing the new driver it shows a yellow exclamation against the driver in device driver mode. Any number of restarting didn't remove this exclamation mark. Neither wlan adapter shows up in networks and sharing.

I had postponed the notifications of upgrading to windows 10 multiple times since I dreaded that things which were working would stop working. My fears came true. I really request you and also urge you to:

1. Firstly help me resolve this issue

2. Secondly ensure that key working things don;t break when upgrades are pushed by you.

Best Regards,

Hari
